For many years BSO Group has been undertaking actions aiming at limiting dust and gas emissions into the atmosphere. The achieved result stems mainly from:

• increasing of energetic efficiency through continuous optimisation of technological process and control;
• co generating of  thermal and electric energy;
• using low emission fuels e.g. coal with low sulphur content;
• making use of dust extraction devices;
• accurate planning of the production cycle to optimise fuel consumption.

 Additionally, the following controls are carried out:

• operation and the technical conditions of technological machines, devices and installations;
• amount and quality of  burnt fuel;
• amount of thermal and electric energy produced and consumed for technological purposes;
• basic parameters of waste gases emitted into the air.
