Information on the merger of companies

The Management Board of BSO Polska S.A. with its registered office in Zygmuntowo, 06-450 Glinojeck, herewith informs that on 26 September 2008 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register issued a decision on the merger of companies BSO Polska S.A. as the transferee company and SugarPol spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw as the offeree company. 

The merger of companies was made on the grounds of art. 492 § 1 p.1 of the law of Commercial Companies Code by taking over the company SugarPol sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw by BSO Polska S.A. with its registered office in Zygmuntowo. 

BSO Polska S.A., as the transferee company, as of the day of merger, i.e. as of 26 September 2008 entered into all rights and obligations of the company SugarPol sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. 

Therefore, as of 26 September 2008 SugarPol sp. z o.o. was crossed out from the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept under the number 0000101377. At present the subject of rights and obligations resulting from any contracts or other legal actions performed with the participation of SugarPol sp. z o.o. is the transferee company operating under the business name:
