In commencing the recruitment process, we first of all look to the internal human resources of our company, since we attach great significance to promoting employees from within the organisation. Under circumstances when we cannot find an appropriate candidate within our company, we launch an external recruitment effort. The first step in this process is an analysis of applications stored in our database.
The recruitment process at BSO Polska usually consists of the following phases:
Phase I
The Personnel Department conduct a preliminary analysis of your application (résumé and cover letter, including a clause authorizing us to process your personal data).

Phase II
You will be invited for an initial interview (with a representative of the personnel department and the prospective direct supervisor). This interview will be an opportunity to supplement information pertaining to education, experience, career plans - included in your application. We will also verify your fluency in English. At this phase of the recruitment process, we also ask candidates to complete a practical task, e.g. preparation of a translation, presentation, report or calculation, etc. on the other hand, you’ll have the opportunity to find out more about our organization and the position that is of interest to you.
Phase III
If you successfully complete Phase II, you will be invited for a subsequent meeting, during which you will be speaking to your perspective supervisor and/or the director of the department in which you are seeking employment. During this meeting, you can expect in-depth questions pertaining to the qualifications required in the position being applied for. After this interview, we will make our decision on who employ, based on a careful analysis of the entire recruitment process in which you participated.
