For technical and agricultural postsecondary school graduates that are interested in obtaining professional experience within an international production company, we offer a one year paid internship at our sugar plant.  This internship program provides opportunities to work on a broad range of interesting projects, connected with the company’s development strategy.  As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to apply knowledge acquired during your studies, demonstrate initiative, commitment and develop organizational skills. 
At the same time, you will have a unique opportunity to become intimately familiar with sugar production technology.  An assigned mentor will provide support in your day-to-day work, providing you with the information necessary to properly perform your tasks. 

After completion of the internship program, the best interns receive offers to continue employment with our company, consistent with their interests and skills.  

You may have the opportunity to join our internship program, provided that:

• you are a graduate of a technical or agricultural postsecondary school, preferred specializations: chemical, mechanical, electrical, energy, automation, chemical and process engineering, production engineering, sugar processing or similar
• you have excellent computer skills – specifically including the MS Office suite,
• you have sufficient fluency in English to allow for open communication,
• you are capable of demonstrating initiative and commitment,
• you are steadfast in achieving goals,
• you like gaining new experience in working with people,
• you are an individual that is energetic and communicative.
