The competition Reliable Employer of the Year 2007 was settled. Among many companies nominated for that prestigious award BSO Polska was appointed the Reliable Employer of the Year 2007 in the Mazowiecki Voivodship District.

Employment standard assessment such as labour conditions, prompt and regular payments, health and safety issues, personal and professional development and social conditions are the main criteria met by all companies among candidates for the mentioned award of the best employers.

“We are very delighted to be honoured the Reliable Employer of the Year 2007. However, the criteria taken into account by the competition committee are an obvious matter to our company and this, how we deal with labour and social issues every day, is the only acceptable way to cooperate with the factory team” – the BSO Personal Director as quoted (Rzecz o Biznesie supplement, Rzeczpospolita newspaper).

First of all, the safety measures, product quality and safety standards, well-designed and efficient production process and environmental protection are among the priorities of the BSO business activities. BSO from the very beginning has gained a reputation as the most efficient sugar supplier among the Middle-East European countries.

The aim of the competition is a promotion of honest and reliable employer patterns of behaviour manifested by employers which support them to carry out the responsibilities and duties towards the its employees in exemplary way. This is a fourth edition of the competition organised by Media Partner Group. The contest is adjudicated in three categories – the regional and state and for the first time - in the sector level.
